About Us
We study the science of food and apply appropriate technologies to produce value-added products. We have worked with farmers and communities, private businesses, researchers, and academics, as well as exporters and importers of products. The work we undertake involves the study of the physical, biological and chemical aspects of food, then applying technology to select, preserve, process, package, and distribute safe, wholesome foods. We also conduct food processing training, audits, HACCP analysis work, and project management services.
